• Kim Myles is the next Design Star!! She did it! Not that we ever had a doubt! This has been a HUGE year for us, and we'd like to thank everyone who has been supporting 5B Ice Cream, as well as Kim on her quest tobe the new Design Star!

• Design Star Viewing Party #1-8! What a blast to be surrounded by friends as we all cheered and sneered through each episode of Design Star featuring none other than my wife, Kim Myles! Here are some photos compliments (and copyrights) of Mark Neston.

• LGBT 24th Annual Garden Party: New York's official Gay Pride kick-off and our biggest event of the summer! What a blast (so much fun we forgot to take pictures!) We met the Manhattan Borough President (he likes the SoHo flavor!), and a ton of other great people - too many to name! Also a BIG thank you to our volunteer staff who knocked themselves out serving it up! Also a HUGE thank you to The Treats Truck (stationed next to us)! Also, thank you to SuperMac (also our neighbors at the event) for all their help and their tasty samples!

• Annual Coney Island Gala Benefit! I have found my tribe, and they hail from Coney. All Hail Coney! What a great time helping to keep Coney Island USA going strong!

• The 12th Celebrate Kids Auction, Viva Las Vegas!: Martin Luther High School
Sorry there are no pictures from this but our donations helped raise $$ to support extracurricular & athletic programs, scholarships for children in need and improving technology within the school. For more info: www.martinluthernyc.org

• One Brick's Sock Drive was a blast! So many great dancers cuttin' it up on the dance floor! Prizes, good food, great music! And One Brick has the BEST volunteers.

• NYC Winter Jam- a HUGE success! Myself, and three other dedicated volunteers scooped about 117 pints (that's about 2000 samples!) on February 10th! What a great day, and event. Thank you to everyone who came out, it was a pleasure to meet you.
